How interesting :) It seems this is the way the HIV movement is going, in that the criminalisation of the virus is counter productive to limiting it's spread. Common sense really. Who's going to get tested and treated for HIV if simply having sex with the virus can become a criminal act?
The other day the New South Wales gov here in Australia announced proposed changes to the law that made it a criminal act not to divulge your HIV status to the person you were about to have sex with. Now this from Clinton.
