A plaintiff in the HRC lawsuit against the state of North Carolina over it's new law that makes it legal to discriminate against the LGBT.
What is this young man now supposed to do? Go into a women's toilet or break the law? He exists. Transgenders exist, no matter how much ignorant christian bigotry there is. He is now in an impossible position. To not break the law he must subject himself to the danger of abuse and violence.
As always, getting to know people of difference reduces ignorance and fear. He hasn't got horns coming out of his head. He's just a person like everyone else.
