The consequences of the GBP laws in some US states are very strange indeed. So strange in fact that the cops haven't got the faintest idea how to enforce said laws.
For example, as we've seen portrayed in some videos, what when a man (who was born in a woman's body) who has transitioned from being a woman, obeys the law and uses the woman's toilet? What happens when panicked females call the cops, and the cops view the birth certificate of the man as being born a female? The law hasn't been broken.
I seriously doubt cops will be bothered wasting their time in toilets checking on people's birth gender.
