Medicare vs refugees - Turnbull plays the race card

I guess this means it's official. As Howard taught them with the Tampa, when fighting for your political life play the race card. After all, I'd have to say as a New Zealander that Australians are comparatively racist. The White Australia policy Keating said we were lucky not to get sanctions like South Africa did.

Howard knew that racism still existed in Australia when he stopped the Tampa. He played the race card and won the election.

Now Turnbull is trying to do the same. Take advantage of fears of refugees and it's only the Lieberals that can protect you.

This is why I can't vote for Labor. They've lowered themselves to compete with the Lieberals over refugees for politics, running to the lowest moral level.
