Christensen is known as Cori Bernadi's mate, and of the extreme right christian part of the Canberra Lieberals. Probably best known for his vehement opposition to the Safe Schools program for LGBT youth, which ultimately saw the program gutted as Turnbull rolled over yet again to the right.
