This is the crackpot strategy against HIV that has never worked and will never work, unlike what's happening now in Australia. What's more it doesn't work with any other sexually transmitted disease either, as any number of statistics in places where abstinence is used as the way to control said diseases. Especially with younger people.
The christians may not like it, but people have sex. Straight people have sex and gay people have sex. And it's none of their fuckin business.
