Australia should redefine it's relationship with the US - Greens on Trump

Somehow I don't think Australia will be the only country to do so, if Trump does go ahead and win the US presidency.

Here Greens leader Richard Di Natale becomes the second party leader in Australia to call Trump "barking mad", by agreeing with Labor leader Bill Shorten, saying that "It's a statement of the bleeding obvious".

He goes further though, saying Trump is dangerous to the US and the world community, and that Australians find themselves scared by a Trump presidency.

Pretty strong words from the closest of US allies.

Natale  doesn't stop there though. He says that it's time to redefine Australia's relationship with the US, Trump or no Trump, and to not simply follow the US into never ending stupid wars.

I agree totally.
